Thank you for your inquiry. Our capacity is max 300 people. The public bathrooms are bigger enough to share. Also we have 4 shower rooms(24hours). Toilets are in each floor. Please consider that.

Thank you for your inquiry. You can use public bath from 4pm-2am and from 5am-9:30am. And any time you want you can use shower.(24hours opening) Of course the shower room has locks.

Are sheets and towels included?

Bath towel, face towel, gown, toothbrush and slippers are set in your room for the first day. The guest staying more than 2 nights, please ask for new set at front desk.(Free of charge)

Cheap room , Sauna, nice staffs

1.Sauna and hot spring in the bath room for woman which has key lock for safety. 2. Staffs are very nice and good support. 3. Separate non-smoking room clearly by floor. I also got elevator for non smoking. 4. Tea ,water and ice in canteen all day. 5. Near Metro

Only one need to improve is cleaning in small twin room as my stay. As design of the lower bed on the wooden pallet and the step to upper bed, there are so much dust and used things from previous customer around these. Staff is very nice to call mate to re cleaning the room but it was still not clean as it so small room where difficult to do cleaning. By the way, I really understand the situation, then I can clean it again myself and stay 6 nights with no problem as I can enjoy the other good things here.

City bikes for guest use, bathroom area, friendly staff.

Rear (under bed) part of our floor wasn't cleaned for a really long time, other surface would also deserve some dust removal.

Amazing

Facilities, ground floor onsen and the staff were all great. They provide towels, robes, toothbrush. The shower rooms and onsen all have body wash etc. The location is close to metro, family marts and very good areas for eating and entertainment.

Only one fault which I found everywhere in Japan were the thin hard pillows.

Very comfortable beds and the surrounding environment is very accessible at all,nice neighborhood

Near all trains,subway,jr lines and nankai lines. Near convenience stores,mega don qui and tsutenkaku.

You can hear the other room even if it is bound with cement,it is not noise concealled bit still comfortable to sleep. You cannot do anything if there are others who checks in late and are noisy

Excellent

I really like Raizan hotel. Really near to jr shin imamiya st. In the middle of city. A lot of convinient store nearby. Since im women and muslim, i request the female floor. Bed also comfortable and have space. I also use the hotel bicycle for FOC. The staff and also nice. Will repeat again next time

Need to go to ground floor for shower. But not a big deal

Good option if traveling on budget.

Location is convenient for traveling to/from KIX Int'l Airport and easy access to Osaka city center and nearby Kansai prefectures. Cost/price ratio is also good if traveling on a tighter budget. Public bath provided for both male/female through midnight instead of changing slots for the same bath is a great plus.

If one expects the "Japanese cleanliness" standard (room/public area), I believe he or she will likely be disappointed. But other than that almost everything is good.

Wonderful

Very nice hotel close to metro or JR. Small room for one but with tv, fridge or AC. Japanese spa are amazing. Couple bars and restaurants around.

Basicly nothing to complain. You get what you pay.

Good location

Convenient location, perfect facilities, friendly staff，great value for money

Bath towels are placed at the entrance , and the smell of smoke is stained, and the oven toaster has not been cleared for a long time

Very convenient location and also super close with 3 main train station lines (Nankai, Osaka Metro Loop Lines, and JR Lines)the location which between Namba and Tennoji made this a great hotel for solo backpackers Free annuities and free coffee in the morning also very welcoming. The receptionist fluent in English so there's no issue with communications and all of them are very nice and helpfulto be honest, I have been to Osaka backpacking 4 times in 7 , years and I stayed in Raizan every time.and I hope to continue to do so in the futures

The ages of the hotel finally shown. Some facilities looks very worn out (especially shower room near men's public bath) and also only 2 toilets functioned.

Close to the train station and Dobutsuen-Mae subway station exit 4.The size of the twin room is large enough to open 2 luggages in the same time.Free amenities are provided.Onsen and souna at the first floor is a bonus.You can buy instant noodle cheaper than Lawson.

Great place to stay near airport, but awful showers

Great location if you're coming off a late flight - direct trains to/ from KIX airport and they have 24/7 check-in. That's the main reason I picked this hotel tbh - somewhere cheap and easy to get to at midnight from the airport. For a private room, it was a very cheap price - similar to what you pay for shared hostel dorms, so excellent value for money. The bathrooms etc are still shared btw. The room was perfectly fine - I saw other reviews mentioning a cigarette smell but I didn't notice this. I guess it depends if you're lucky with previous room occupants smoking or not. The bed was VERY comfy, with an excellent pillow, way better than most hotels. The room was small but with enough space for luggage and moving around, although I do feel that the mini fridge, TV, etc were a bit of a waste of space (does anyone ever use these???). I was mostly just staying the night so didn't explore the shared kitchen / social space at all, but it seemed very friendly and well stocked.

The main issue for me were the showers - there only seemed to be two per gender for the whole hotel (which has 12 floors), plus some weird Japanese style shared (naked) bath/ spa thing. I showered at around 1am so it wasn't an issue, but I can imagine there being a big queue at normal shower times. The showers were also INCREDIBLY dirty and I didn't feel very comfortable with them being on the ground floor next to the main social space / front desk - this meant that, despite booking a room on an all-female floor, I still needed to walk past everyone in my PJs after my shower.
